The 2026–27 season at the Finnish National Opera brings exciting appearances from artists of our management across key productions.

The season begins with a new production of Aida, premiering on 28 August 2026, with performances running through 1 October 2026. In this iconic work by Giuseppe Verdi, tenor Giorgi Sturua takes on the role of Radamès, while bass Volodymyr Tyshkov appears as the King of Egypt. Both artists will be featured in the first cast.

In 2027, Puccini’s beloved La bohème returns to the stage, with performances from 13 February to 7 April 2027. Tenor Mihails Culpajevs joins the cast as Rodolfo in Giacomo Puccini’s timeless portrayal of love and youth, also appearing in the first cast.

We are delighted to see our artists featured in these productions and look forward to their performances in Helsinki throughout the season.
