We are delighted to announce the outstanding achievements of our talented artists at The International Opera Awards 2023, a celebration of excellence in the world of opera. In addition to the magnificent mezzo-soprano Aigul Akhmetshina, who won the Best Female Singer award, this year's International Opera Awards 2023 showcased outstanding productions featuring talented artists from TACT.

Bayerische Staatsoper's 'War and Peace' Triumphs: Best Premiere Award

With visionary choreography by Ran Arthur Braun, that was a key to the triumph in the Best Premiere category and a stellar cast including Alexei Botnarciuc, Oksana Volkova, and Granit Musliu this production has set a new standard for excellence in opera. Special commendations to Liuba Orfenova, an invaluable part of the music staff, for her indispensable contributions behind the scenes.

Alexander Raskatov's ‘Animal Farm’ at the Dutch National Opera Wins World Premiere Award.
This remarkable production showcased the exceptional talents of our artists, including Elena Vassilieva, Michael Gniffke, Artem Krutko, Karl Laquit, Frederik Bergman and Gennady Bezzubenkov.

We extend our warmest congratulations to all other winners, each contributing to the richness and diversity of the opera world. To all TACT’s artists nominated, your talent and dedication have not gone unnoticed, and we wish you continued success on your artistic journey.

Bravo to all Operatic Oscars winners!
