She completed her training at Hamburg's Hochschule für Musik und Theater, Germany's premiere program for stage directors, participating in masterclasses with Willy Decker. She has also won major prizes, such as the Alfred Toepfer Preis für Innovative Konzertideen, and directed semi-staged performances of Carmen with the Gewandhausorchester Leipzig.
She has also directed Monteverdi’s Il Ritorno d’Ulisse in Patria,, and new stagings of Die große Wörterfabrik by Martin Zels at Staatstheater Augsburg, where she developed several productions of both operatic and dramatic repertoire.
We are excited to begin this new collaboration and look forward to sharing her powerful productions with wider audiences.
