Vinas Competition Winner Olga Syniakova joins TACT

TACT management is delighted to welcome a rising star, Mezzo Olga Syniakova who was named as the second prize winner of the 58th Tenor Vinas Competition.

Praised as “one of the most interesting voices of the last generations”(Atticus), Syniakova has been quickly gaining international recognition.

Recent highlights include Orphèe in Glück’s Orphèe eu Euridice with Filharmonia de Galicia under the musical leadership of P. Daniel, her USA debut with the Maryland Lyric Opera as La Frugola Il Tabarro and Zita in Gianni Schicchi, and her portrayal of  Alisa Lucia di Lammermoor at Palau de les Arts Valencia.

On the concert platform Syniakova could be seen as Orlofsky Die Fledermaus at the Palau de les Arts Valencia, as a mezzo soloist in Pergolesi’s Stabat Mater. Her performance of the Mezzo part of Rossini’s Petite messe solennelle as part of Musikfest Bremen has been described as “tender, with heartfelt humility”. 

Sinyakova collaborated with distinguished conductors such as Paul Daniel, Fabio Biondi, and Placido Domingo. 

Sinyakova is a recipient of several prestigious awards which include the “Best Mezzo Soprano” Award of the 2018/19 Season from Palau de les Arts Valencia, Grand Prix Winner  in Compostela Lirica 2019 Competition, she was named “Best voice in the competition”  with an Audience choice and Jury choice awards from International Bellini Bel Canto Competition.  She received a Special prize of Opéra de Massy from the  I Concurso International Lirico de Alicante 2019, 52ème Concours International de Chant Toulouse 2019 as well as Gianni Bergamo Classic Music Award 2018.

Born in Ukraine, Sinyakova resides in Spain and continues her work with Maestro Francisco Araiza.
