Ayyub Guliev conducts St.Petersburg's premiere of One Thousand and One Nights ballet

On January 15 Eldar Aliev's ballet "One Thousand and One Nights", set to the music by Fikret Amirov, will open at the Mariinsky Theatre in St.Petersburg. Conducting the premiere is Ayyub Guliev.

The ballet, based on the famous fairy tale, is a part of the annual Mariinsky Primorsky Stage tour in St.Petersburg, which will take place from January 15 to 22. 

The production under the baton of Ayyub Guliev initially premiered in Vladivostok in August 2020. The premiere was highly acclaimed by the critics:
