On Tuesday, November 26, Diapason d'Or de l'Année Award Gala, celebrating outstanding classical music recordings, took place at Collège des Bernardins in Paris, and we are excited to congratulate conductor Laurent Campellone as one of this year's winners.

Laurent accepted an Award in "Récital vocal" category for his highly acclaimed collaboration "OFFENBACH colorature" with soprano Jodie Devos.

"OFFENBACH colorature" already won a number of Awards, including the prize for “Best Solo Album” at the first Oper! Awards in September 2019, and was listed among Grammophone Editor's Choice.

"... the Münchner Rundfunkorchester is on sparkling form under Laurent Campellone, and is given space to breathe and shine without dominating the soloist. And oh, how the voice soars and scintillates in the wide-open ambience of this recording, with thrilling expression and colour – of course! – and not a hint of compression." - Andrew Everard.
