TACT’s Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in in accordance with the law of the Republic of Bulgaria. The Visitor agrees, in case of any disputes that may arise between TACT and the Visitor, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts.





At TACT, privacy is important to us, which is why we will only collect and use your personal data in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).


The Site collects personal information, such as the Visitor’s name and email address, when the Visitor subscribes to our newsletters. 


TACT sends newsletters using Mailchimp, a company which facilitates Mailings and their analysis and is in possession of a EU-US-Privacy-Shield Certification, which guarantees the European Data Protection Regulations in the United States of America.

The Visitor can always decide to unsubscribe from TACT’s newsletters, by using the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any of TACT’s newsletters, which are sent through Mailchimp, or alternatively by sending an email to containing the word “unsubscribe”.
